    Transaction: $16,598,153 structured as a 60 month operating sales leaseback.

    Client: The Lessee is a leading global brokerage company servicing the financial and real estate markets with over $1.5BN in technology investments with headquarters in London and New York.

    Highlights: The Client’s management chose CGCF over numerous competing credit facility banks as we were able to provide superior project management and structuring expertise over six previous US transactions and three successful UK transactions. Significant challenges, including international hurdles were as follows:

    – High soft costs including FF&E and IT Hardware and Software (including delivery, installation and training)

    – Unique sales leaseback structuring requirements for the UK

    – Numerous challenges associated with foreign currencies, taxes, documentation, administration and legal requirements
