      Lessee: The Lessee, founded over 45 years ago, provides advanced technological services in defense, intelligence, law enforcement, science and administration to the United States government.
      Transaction: $9,800,000 60 month GAAP Operating Lease.
      Highlights: The Lessee engaged CGCF specifically for CGCF’s ability to fund a wide range of credit profiles and disparate hardware/software needs, all while managing complex documentation, scheduling and regulatory requirements.

      CGCF’s proprietary structure gained the entire transaction GAAP qualification even though the project contained 70% software/soft costs for a comprehensive Enterprise Resources Program. CGCF provided multiple progress payments over a 15 month implementation period and managed no less than 17 vendors located across 20 different states.
